We will keep you informed of all steps in our delivery process. As soon as the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email from us with the track & trace code with which you can follow the package.
Did you receive a tracking? Check the delivery status via the link in your track & trace mail. Did you receive multiple trackings? This means that the delivery of your order consists of several packages.
These will in most cases be delivered at the same time. But it also happens that these will be delivered right after each other. This depends on the carrier.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 4-9 business days to arrive.

Have you not received anything yet? Always check the Track & Trace code first. It is possible that your order has been delayed by the carrier. Is the status of your order delivered? Then your order has probably been delivered to one of your neighbors (neighbors across the street are also neighbours).
Is your package really missing, does the Track & Trace code provide no further information and has the delivery time been exceeded by at least 2 working days? Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it further for you.
If you order multiple products from us, we may send them to you in several separate packages due to length or weight. In the sorting center of the transporter it can happen that the packages are separated and one package arrives earlier than the other.
Check your track & trace code, or visit our order status page to check the number of packages that are on their way to you.
Have you received all packages, but are you still missing a product? Then we may have made a mistake. No worries. Send an email to email@example.com with your question and order number, and we'll make sure the product is sent to you after all.
No matter how carefully we sometimes pack our products, it can always happen that the package or products are damaged during transport. In such a case, take immediate photos of the damage to the package and possibly to the products in the package and contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will come up with a suitable solution together!
At Scandista we have a cooling-off period of 30 days. To get a full refund, it is important to return your product in its original condition and undamaged. This way we can make someone else happy with a new product.
You will receive an email from us when we have an update about your return. Even if we have questions about your return, we will always ask them by email.
The processing of your return can take up to 10 days.
You can always return a product for warranty if it is defective or if you think it no longer works properly. To be sure, always contact our customer service first. Although the product falls within the warranty period, this does not always mean that the product will also be repaired or replaced under warranty. We have a number of methods for assessing a product's warranty. This can be done, for example, on the basis of photos or having the product physically checked. We always try to take your unique situation into account. In most cases you will receive a new product from us.

3. Checkout your order. You will receive an order confirmation from us with your order number.
Can't order? Then try it in a new browser or other device. This removes cookies that may cause problems.
